Other highlights included Aimee Mann's shimmering kiss-off "Calling it Quits," Bette Midler pouring herself into an achingly soulful cover of Teddy Pendergrass' "Love TKO," and Joan Osborne belting out "Righteous Love," a songwriting collaboration with troubadour Joseph Arthur. Among the other aural bons mots are The Dust Brothers' jittery cover of the Andrea True Connection disco classic "More, More, More," and the sensual ambiance of Groove Armada's "Sex and the City Theme."

Sex & The City was truly a TV phenomenon. Since it's original run on HBO, there have been many network shows that tried to copy it's winning formula, but in the end, none of them succeeded because no other show had the guts that Sex & The City had.
