5 stars Music for the "Unreconstructed Southerner"
I first heard this in the late 1970's and it still fascinates me. Close your eyes and the "War Between the States" comes alive! The emotional crescendo and decline are very true to the spirit of the South during the conflict.

Very good story telling of the CivilWar. The song on the Jesse James album, that starts with "I could fill a hundred ditches with them yankee sonsofbitches" is my favorite. Both albums are very good indeed, with great perfomers. The set is well worth the price.
