Blackacidevil
one of the most underated danzig and my favorite cds from glenn.
glenn played everything on the album
and jerry cantrell(of alice in chains fame is on 2 songs)
expect the change in sound which reminds me of the experimental sound Samhain had.

It's just okay
Like everything after III, it's just okay. All the songs tend to run together. Unless you're just a die hard Danzig fan like myself, go buy something else.

A God awful mess
Save yourself the money and don't buy this.If trent Reznor had an idustrial child, this danzig album would be it.Their's a few tracks that will catch your attention for about a minute and then get very boring.

because I couldn't give it 3 1/2 stars
Every artist goes through a time of extreme experimentation, and nowhere in Glenn Danzig's entire musical catalog is that more prevelant than on this album. Some of the songs are really good- "the 7th house" boasts w/ violent/sexual power, where "Ashes" could almost bring the listener to tears (one of his best songs ever). But some songs are redundant, like the title track-you expect it to go somewhere, but it just repeats itself ad nauseum. Some songs are just too noisey, with all the sound effects and overly distorted vocals. "Don't be Afraid" isn't even a song! But if you're open minded, it's worth buying.

Welcome To Evil Industrial
Well the man has broken the mold and came out with an evil industrial sound that will kick your ass. Come To Silver and Ashes are the most haunting and disturbing. Sacrifice, 7th House and BlackAciDevil are 3 songs to get ya going and make you move.
With a Ministry meets Skinny Puppy edge, Sex, Death, Despair, and Doom has never , EVER SOUNDED SO GOOD!! BY THIS ALBUM!! Thank god for the re issue and extra tracks..
