The late singer Dalida, known for her romantic songs spanning the 1950s to 1980s, is given a retrospective in this 20-song collection. Dalida sold millions of records around the world, and her background reflected her international appeal: she was born in Egypt, came from Italian family, and eventually settled in France; she tragically committed suicide in 1987 at the age of 54.
