$16.05 CHRONO CROSS, the sequel to the SNES favorite CHRONO TRIGGER, is one of the most ambitious role-playing games ever made. There are over 40 playable characters, each with their back-story, special moves, abilities, and weapons. The story spans two discs and follows the story of Serge, a young man who is able to cross dimensions. Suddenly he is pulled between worlds, trying to figure out his own past at the same time. The graphics are bright and beautiful, utilizing the PlayStation's capabilities to the fullest. The polygonal character models are huge and detailed, and the pre-rendered backgrounds are immaculately detailed. The music is composed and arranged by Yasunori Mitsuda, and features very realistic-sounding synthesizers. The battle system revolves around Elements, which are used to grant magical powers, as well as to summon huge monsters. For anyone that wanted to see the story of CHRONO TRIGGER continue, this is your chance.

Wonderfully bizarre! This is my first CD by Tricky, I am very new to his own material. I am a huge admirer of Massive Attack, and bought this on the basis of that. I am really impressed by this CD, the sounds that he uses are lovely and some of it sounds quite bizarre at times. It does a great job at being easy to listen to but challenges you at the same time because there is wide range of music to digest. I am very eager to hear more of his music. It is also very different to any Massive Attack CD's which I am pleased about- at least he is creating his own sound! Submitted by truefunksoldier (Bath, UK) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Real Music This is one of the best CD's i have listened to in a long time. It is both relaxing and entertaining. Something that you can just listen to. Unlike some Cd's that you just use for background music. Although, the first half of the CD seems to be much better than the second half. All in all it is great though.
