Bobby Day is a great singer and should of had a lot more hit songs. This CD is fantastic!

4 stars Bobby Day was Jackie Lee -and- Bob & Earl !
I've been looking for years to find a copy of the 1965 dance hit, "The Duck." I just learned that Jackie Lee is Bobby Day. And that he was "Bob" from Bob & Earl's original "Harlem Shuffle." Also didn't know the voice behind "Pretty Little Angel Eyes" and "Rockin' Robin" had the original "Buzz Buzz Buzz" later covered by Huey Lewis & the News. This is the only recording where you can find them all. What a trip!

4 stars "Rockin' Robin" is back !
After many years of unavailability the original versions of "Rockin' Robin" and "Little Bitty Pretty One" by Bobby Day are together with 14 other tracks on this CD. A must for aficionados of the best of fifties music.

The Best of Bobby Day did not follow the same great hits of my album, like, "Come Seven" and "Honeysuckle Baby" I still love Bobby Day's music. He was one of my all-time favorites going back to high school. He was the "Bomb"
