Tony was doing Latin renditions of just about every Beatle hit. Tony (Cuban born and raised) along with two (very Latin) percussionists was kicking all kinds of Latin grooves out to us -- Old Cuban standards, clever renditions, original material, a lot of Santana stuff, and then he'd play the blues. When Tony plays the blues you know right where his heart is -- Tony tells a funny story about when he first heard Eric Clapton play Hideaway back in 1967 -- Man, it was the coolest, I learned every lick!
