 Perfect
A great collection of the old songs on a single CD. Perfect fit along with Jimmy Buffett and Jerry Jeff Walker on road trips.

 Worth every penny.
Although Gordon Lightfoot,like most folk artists, is bigger in his native Canada and Europe than the USA he is well known here for his "wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald". You will still hear "if you could read my mind" played on American "oldie" radio stations and for me the song "early morning rain" is worth the price of the CD and more. The selection of songs is not consistently brilliant but the brilliant songs rate the 5 stars and make the "album" worth every penny.

This is the essence of Gord's lyrical and musical gold. Great music to anyone's ears. I wish the U.S. had given him greater recognition.
