HHHHMMMMM Great stuff to be had here, but if you're a new pledge to the Wizard, better to get Dopethrone instead. Very similar, yet more diverse. The pinnacle!

Oh, that's wicked... It's the sonic equivalent of the final, agonizing pulses of a weak and dying heart.
Listening to this stuff makes me feel like I've just buried myself in the back yard during a thunderstorm...and now I'm too tired to dig myself out.
Yup, it's SLOW. Yup, it's HEAVVVVY.
Just the thing you need at 3:00 in the morning when your Prozac is wearing off and you don't have enough cash for a refill!!!
Highly recommended! Submitted by Chad (spacehalo (just south of Chicago, IL) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

$16.90 After Between the Buried and Me pushed metalcore purists away with their most progressive release, COLORS, they decided to push even harder for their fifth release. A diverse outing with an unruly amount of genres crammed into only six songs, THE GREAT MISDIRECT is a highly adventurous, very convoluted, wildly dynamic, and extremely difficult listen. Briggs, Waring, Rogers, Waggoner, and Richardson are in top form, with their script-flipping abilities intact and their technical chops at their most extreme. This ...

Let Us Prey
$9.85 Roland Majeau BiographyRoland Majeau is a singer songwriter with music that speaks in quiet, personal tones. Using real life experiences or creating adventures of his own Roland’s goal is to transport the listener to a world of comfort, laughter, adventure, reflection or even tears. He is a true believer that words are the most powerful tool that we have to captivate, move, inspire and console the wandering hearts that travel and live in a world of change, adventure, danger and sometimes fear. There is little doubt that when you hear Roland perform you will be reminded of a very famous singer songwriter by the name of James Taylor. This sound likeness is a natural outpouring of phases and cadences that make you think you have known this new friend for a long time. The most frequently asked questions at Roland’s gigs are, “did anyone ever tell you that you sound a lot like James Taylor?” and “do you mind when people say that you sound like James Taylor?” Roland’s answers are always the same, “yes people say that a lot” and “no I don’t mind being compared to James Taylor, I think that it’s a huge compliment”.Performing and writing real music for real people, Roland Majeau’s music, humor and heart have captured the attention of the professional world of television, radio, and stage and also the arenas of politics, charities and churches. He really speaks to and for “the people” with understanding and charm that not only draws them in but also keeps them there. A storyteller at heart, Majeau’s gift of writing songs with warmth, wit and a focus on real life issues, is not only engaging but also captivating. Majeau’s unique blend of country/folk/pop is a combination that’s pleasing to the ear and however categorized, is a music that tells a story. Roland has a very unique ability to write for a specific causes or events which is leading him to pursue more writing for film and television. Such as the sound track he composed for the 1 hour documentary Riel’s Honour. With three albums to his credit and several single releases as well as a growing list of special accomplishments such as If this “Ford could Talk” used in a Ford truck campaign, “Ride Side of the Road” a song in support of the beef industry, Heroes Behind the Badge the official song of the Fallen Four Memorial which was used by both CTV and Global television in their coverage of the memorial service for the Fallen Four RCMP officers in 2005, “Soldier’s Cry” a song written many years ago for Canadian Veterans and is seeing continued use today with groups such as Pro Coro Canada and the Cantata Singers of Ottawa This same song was also featured on a video produced in Toronto by Crossroads Ministries in association with 100 Huntley Street and was aired in both Canada and the United States. He also forayed into the world of photography when as a result of a collaboration with ...
