It seems like...
It seems like Danzig has run out of steam from BlackAcidEvil and Danzig VI. This is kind of the best of both worlds of those two, but at times it's just slow for no reason. I think the main problem here is that Danzig has run out of good musicians and this is the result. Apparently he's got a new line up so the next album should be mind blowing. All in all, there are some really great songs among the ones that go nowhere. -O

Yet, Another Great Album!
As is usual fashion for Danzig, the times keep getting better with each new album. This is an album that the purest at heart would fall in love with. Although the image he portrays is Satanic by Christians, his music says otherwise, with its infectuous grooves and staight to the point lyrics. You can never get enough of Danzig without feeling stronger.

AN OK EFFORT
THIS HAS SOME GOOD MOMENTS BUT NOT AS GOOD AS DANZIG'S EARLY EFFORTS.

Slow & Dark
I'm an old school Danzig fan, impartial to the first 3-4 releases of the band. This album is slow, deep, and dark. Not as good as early material, but better than any recent. He's heading back in the right direction-in my opinion.
