After two decades involved in popular music, Marta Sanchez delivers one of her most captivating records. During four months of recording sessions in Madrid, London, and Los Angeles, the Spanish pop singer co-arranged an album that became her first to achieve gold status in Spain -- in less than a week. Soy Yo features songs mostly based on her own relationship experiences, such as the intimate "Sigo Intentando" and "No Te Quiero Más," without leaving behind her well-known dance-pop style mainly heard on "Soy Yo," "Noche Tras Día," and "Si Crees en Mí." ~ Drago Bonacich

Marta Sanchez Soy Yo Songs Soy Yo Music Review Average Rating: (4.3 out of 5 stars) List All Reviews in the middle It's almost a waste that a singer with such a good voice would "whisper-sing" so many songs. She does great when she sings with all the power of her voice. More dance tracks and less tragic lyrics would have helped too. The first three songs are worth the price. It took her a while, but her comeback is the BOMB I really like this CD personally becuase I have always felt related to her in some way. Her Angelic voice just takes you someplace magical where you can forget about your worries and problems.
I'd like to personally reccomend songs Like #1,2,3,4,7,and my faovrites 8 & 10 are some of Marta Sanches best works ever...Marta is the Diva of Pop in Spain and this new CD of hers definitely surpases any expectation i had for her next CD. This is a good one and I would love to reccomend it to anyone who is drowned in love and dissapointment. In the world that we live in, much of the inspirations comes from people who have set the good example and lived through rough times. Marta has taught me that is never too late to give up on your dreams and that there is only one chance in life to make the most out of it.
