This is a DVD-Audio disc. The DVD-Audio content can only be read by a DVD-Audio player. The Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS audio tracks provided on this disc will play on a standard DVD player. FRAGILE marks the point when classically influenced ... Full Descriptionprogressive rockers Yes left planet Earth and took up residence on one of cover artist Roger Dean's far-off lands. The musical transition is apparent with longer instrumental passages taking over from the shorter song format of their early albums. Lengthy pieces open and close the album, and both songs have become Yes chestnuts. "Heart Of The Sunrise" and "Roundabout" are landmark tracks, with strong, darting solos and abrupt shifts, the latter winning more radio play for its greater accessibility. Without detracting from the exceptional work of messrs. Anderson, Howe, Bruford, and Wakeman, Chris Squire's rippling bass playing is a particularly superlative experience throughout.
Presents the original 9-song album in 2 new Advanced Resolution versions, a 96/24k 5.1 Surround and a 96/24k stereo version for DVD-Audio compatible players, and Dolby Digital and DTS encoded versions for Surround & Stereo playback on any DVD-Video player. Includes a 10-minute bonus track 'America', written by Paul Simon. Lyrics are included on-screen for all songs. 2002.

Unbelievable Sound/ Incredible Performance As a huge Yes fan, I have listened to this album hundreds of times over the years, but the unbelievable DVD-Audio sound quality makes it a brand new experience. Even if you don’t have a surround sound setup, did you ever notice how good the music sounds when watching a DVD, especially a song that you also have on CD? Well, this is the same thing. And if you have a surround sound system, you won’t believe your ears. Submitted by Bill S. (New York, NY) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Fragile album
$19.98 Special Edition CD includes the full album, a CD of instrumental mixes of the album and a CD of six cover songs.
Dream Theater's tenth long-player is about as dense and challenging as any album in the band's discography and emphasizes not only the virtuoso members' stupefying musicianship, but also their most aggressive and thoroughly metallic songwriting tendencies. The sixteen-minute opener "A Nightmare to Remember" quickly establishes this agenda via frequently thrash-paced staccato riffing, some of John Petrucci's most blistering guitar solos ever, and the return of drummer Mike Portnoy's syncopated growls, which provide contrast for singer James LaBrie's soaring melodic elegance. "The Count of Tuscany" is a heady prog-metal magnum opus brimming with more ideas, notes, and time changes over 19 minutes than most bands bother with over a ten album career. In fact, "Whither," a tender ballad and mere babe at five minutes in length, is the album's ...
| | Michael Jackson Bad CD (1987) Bonus Tracks; Remastered; Special Edition
Fragile CD music
$10.39 Digitally remastered by Bernie Grundman (Bernie Grundman Mastering, Los Angeles, California).
Jackson's domination of the world record market continued following Thriller, although by comparison it was an almighty flop with only 12 million sales. As Pink Floyd and Dire Straits have proved, one album can go completely sales haywire without necessarily being any better. The title track and the gorgeous "Man In The Mirror" were substantial hits, but quality material such as "Dirty Diana" and "Liberian Girl" bolster a strong album. Jackson also seemed to have found the romance he seeks in "I Just Can't Stop Loving You" and "The Way You Make Me Feel." Regardless of his press, history clearly shows that he has made a lot of people very, very happy.

Fragile CD music
$12.95 Finnish power-metal stalwarts Stratovarius have been kicking around since the 1980s, undergoing many personnel changes along the way, but their twelfth album, POLARIS, is the first without guitarist Timo Tolkki, who left the band before they embarked on this project. Other than that, things seem to be status quo in Stratovariusland, as the album delivers the kind of bold, anthemic epics ...
