 Minimal and Beutiful
Most the E.P. is a little like the minimalistic style you'll hear In A Beutiful Place Out In The Country. However, you must realize that this ep is much older, it does offer a wonderful glimpse into the sound that would eventually evolve to become the BOC we know now. From the simple haunting melodies of Sixtyniner to the lush, childish, synthpop of Iced Cooley to the rad minamal hip-hoppish basslines of See Ya Later to the passive cooing of Mellisa Juice, this E.P. will bring the out the child in anyone who adores the idealism of 70's and 80's Sesame Street or perhaps the simplistic tones behing the lushest of scenery in a nature documentary and that is where BOC will touch your heart. This E.P has also added 1986 Summer Fire to the tracklisting which proves in my oppinion to be a great closing for the e.p. as the girls voice slowly drifts throught the inner depths of you mind's auditory sensors, leaving you breathless...... Garunteed you will hit the repeat button on your cd player for this one.......
