Pop classics by America's favorite Miss Vikki Carr
What a wonderful delivery from the postman, finally my own copy of Love Story/Superstar on CD and the memories this CD brought back to me! Many were top ten hits and Vikki's version top many of the original artists.
Love Spanish Harlem, So Far Away, The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down and Vikki's hit's I'll Be Home, Six Weeks Every Summer, and "I'll Do It All Again" all featured on this wonderful
CD. Also, what a refreshing story about Vikki from Vikki's fan club President Vito Cifaldi. By the way, both Vito and Daniel F. Maglione, Esq, do one hell of a job for Miss Carr and her devoted fans on her website (VIKKICARR.NET)
Relive the 70's and get two Billboard chart winners Love Story/Superstar now! You won't regret it, you just might be back here to order more copies for your friends!

Vikki Carr Love Story/Superstar ROCKS!!!
So Far Away and I'll be Home were my two favorites from this collection back
in the mid 70's. Now I am listening to so many more songs that I love from this set too. Aint No Mountain High Enough, Hurt, and nobody tops One Less bell To Answer.
I am very pleased that Vikki's music is selling so well and move over Babs and Liza darling, Vikki's back!
Also, when will the full LP version of First Time Ever I Saw Your Face come out as a CD. My favorites were Brian's Song, Love theme from "The Godfather" Sung Sung Blue and Without You. And I love Vikki's version of Cabaret too! Someone must be reading the requests here and oh Vikki recorded a double LP in the late 1970's in Japan. That would be great to have also. I bought it in Japan but no longer have it.

Vikki Carr Love Story/Superstar Great pop tunes
Vikki Carr gives each song here her special Vikki touch that no other performer can do (or at least well), and yet if I had heard Vikki's first, I would have bought it on 45 (at the time) her music is not dated and stands up song with other MOR/POP music today. Her special version of Spanish harlem, If I were Your Woman, Hurt, showcase great pop and from the liner notes Six Weeks Every Summer, I'll be Home (both charted on AC charts with Billboard) I have been treating myself to several CDs a payday since with so many finally on CD. It just proves that Vikki Carr will remain a favorite to many for many years to come.

Glad to have this album again
To me this album has weathered the years. I had a vinyl and then a cassette of it in the mid 1970s. It is like coming to an oasis in a desert.
Thank you again.
