Fantastic SACD!
Natural vintage sound here. If you want sizzling modern style of remastering, look elsewhere. The vocals on Born On The Bayou will blow your mind. This is how Bayou Country is meant to be heard, in my opinion.

My God, these SACDs are incredible.
Be sure your amp is in 2-channel mode or these will sound like crap.
These remasterings are by far the best these albums ever sounded - the SACDs even beat the vinyl (the vinyl sounds so good, I thought that would NEVER happen).
Those K2 pieces of crap are not even in the same universe at these discs - this is the last word on Creedence catalog for some time, I would think.

The Great John Fogerty Once Again....
John Fogerty wrote, arranged and fronted on lead guitar & lead vocals on the 6 Masterpiece Albums created in just under 3 years!!!
Fortunately for me (a die hard John Forgerty/CCR fan since 1968 John Fogerty will be performing in Quebec City on July 17...can't wait. Hope he also decides to play Montreal.

My First!
This is the first album I ever bought, early 1970. Wore it out...bought 2 more since then and I will always have one in my collection. This album takes you to the south, you can see it in your mind even if you have never been there.
