Very Neat
Very unique string orchestra version of Iron Maiden songs. It's neat to listen and sing along with the music. Good CD.

Iwas unable to contact tribute.com with my opinion
Dear Tribute:
I bought the Iron Maiden tribute cd. I really enjoyed listening to it.
I especially liked "Hallowed be thy Name". Also "Powerslave" had a
Klezmer music feel to it that one would never experience from the original
album or from a live Iron Maiden concert.
If you ever decide another Iron Maiden Tribute album should be
recorded, I think "Phantom of the Opera", "Losfer Words", & "Ghengis Khan"
would be pleasant arrangements for a string quartet.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find information about members of Little Emo,
who performed for the album. Why weren't the names of the musicians
listed? Please let me know who the members (and which instrument each
played) of the quartet are. Please provide any additional information you
may have on this recording.
Thanks,
Carl
P.S. If you consider Iron Maiden fans opinions important -(and I am a
fan since I saw their debut at Madison Square Garden (do you know when
that was?))-, I think the artwork of this album was rather putrid (more
fitting for a 'death metal' band) and the generic, flatulent comments
were far adrift from anything an Iron Maiden enthusiast would appreciate
(in fact, the comments seem more in line with what some marketing think
tank would come up with to drum up sales) .
If possible I would like an actual person to reply.
