New Found Glory is remarkably good at creating radio-friendly punk-pop that draws equally on the influence of the Descendents, the crunch of grunge, and the strength of harmony-heavy pop hooks. One listen to "All Downhill from Here" on the group's 2004 album, CATALYST, and the formula is clear--fierce guitars and a pummeling rhythm section balanced by anthemic choruses and a sensitive lyrical sensibility.
Lead singer Jordan Pundik's sneering vocals recall punk's roots, while still casting the band firmly among the emo ranks. The songs deal with troubled relationships ("This Disaster"), adolescent alienation ("Who Am I"), self-doubt ("Doubt Full"), and failure ("At Least I'm Known for Something"), but these vulnerable topics are lifted by the aggressive punch of New Found Glory's sound. Above all, the band's penchant for infectious melodies, memorable choruses, and ringing harmonies is winning, and promises continued success for these energetic rockers.

 Oh Come On!
This is pathetic
the singers voice sounds like he has no mouth, just a nose
Not even a big range at all
He sucks

Songs that could b stuck in your head after listening 2 it
This album is good, but there seems 2 b sumthing missing from this album, something i cant really touch on it but something feels like it is missing. Anyway this album is still good and on my opinion barely deserve a 5 stars but after i heard it a few more times then i came with the conclusion it deserves a 5 stars.

This is the best album I have ever heard from any artist. They have 14 great songs on this album that are very catchy. Right from the beginning it starts out making you get into it. They have a many upbeat songs liek "All Downhill From Here" and "Failure's Not Flattering" but songs like "I Don't Wanna Know" mix it up a bit and give it a very all-around feel. Every song is great and I recomend this for everyone.

Nova Driver's long, four-year hiatus between first and second albums was a rather bizarre one.
