Maneesha James sets out to create a musical backdrop for deep meditation. Specifically, BUBBLE OF JOY is designed to guide the practitioner through the steps needed to reach a blissful state of self-actualization, where inner-silence can heal the mind and body.

BUBBLE OF JOY begins with a track simply called "Voice and Music." This lengthy piece encourages the listener to relax and begin the gradual meditation process. A calm female voice steers the meditation by helping the practitioner to release stress and mental turbulence. The second selection, "Music Only" maintains the tranquil setting of the first track. The only difference is that now there is no voice used to guide the practitioner. Using a variety of smooth-toned and serene keyboard sounds, James creates a safe, restful environment for the listener to meditate by, or indeed, lose oneself within. BUBBLE OF JOY should be very helpful for those who are just learning how to meditate. James' work is particularly effective because of the support and guidance that track one offers.
