Hauntingly Magnificant 1111
I cannot get this excellent music out of my brain. It is so rich, and beautiful that even at my age (64) it truly makes me feel as though love is right around the corner...and because of the saddness of the music....that love will die also.

Blown Away By the Music-Feb 2011
Just returned from seeing the POTO on Broadway after having seen the movie with Gerard Butler and Emmy Rossum. The show was awesome. The score from the movie is amazing, haunting, stirring, passionate . . . I must have it! Take the opportunity to see the show at the Majestic on Broadway and do get the movie soundtrack. I'm hooked & you will be too!

Good movie and audio CD
I have both editions of Phantom of the Opera. The one with Michael Crawford and one with Gerard Butler. I like both and I think Gerard Butler and Emmy Rossum are really good. I love Michael Crawford as the Phantom, but Gerard is good too. I prefer Emmy Rossum as Christine over Sarah Brightman, though Sarah is a fantastic singer. Its hard to believe Emmy was only 18 when she made the Phantom movie. She has a promising career ahead. Its too bad they didn't make the original Phantom with Michael Crawford/Sarah Brightman into a movie like they did with the 2004 version.
