Blindspott is all about: aggresive, emotional but not emo, honest metal/hard rock style, no gimmicks, bullsh*t or make up, above all hard, honest and REAL.
You reviewers who say this is dated and generic ... FK U!... BS was the 1st nu-metal band playing in 1998 before Linkin Park.. You're complete asswipes Submitted by bruce_xma (WEST AUCKLAND) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
First of all This isn't metal or anything close to it.
If you are into nu metal you will like this album otherwise don't bother, it's pretty generic and dated. The new album is a vast improvement, but that's because the producers made them loose the nu metal style...

I would recommend this to any hardcore metal fan.. :D:D This is by far one of the best Metal bands to emerge from good old New Zealand. The album contains 14 amazing tracks such as "nil by mouth", Phelx, "S.U.I.T", "llah (silent war)" and practically all the tracks stand out :D .... yes even Interlude...

$8.49 "You Rock My World" was nominated for the 2002 Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance.
The question for a 42-year-old Michael Jackson heading towards the end of 2001 was whether or not the self-proclaimed King Of Pop could make his presence known on the charts after having spent much of the '90s laying low. If the chart-topping position achieved by INVINCIBLE is any indication, then the answer is a resounding yes. The album is primarily produced by Jersey wunderkind Rodney Jerkins, and Jacko wasted no time tapping other top-flight artists ...

| | Michael Jackson Number Ones CD (2003)
Blindspott album
$22.55 The 1990s may not have been kind to Michael Jackson on a commercial level, due to fickle music tastes and assorted personal controversies, but NUMBER ONES reinforces Jackson's place in pop culture history. Unlike its preceding compilation, HIStory, this anthology trims the fat, although occasionally going overboard in leaving off certified chart-toppers like the Paul McCartney duet "Say Say Say" in lieu of lesser-known, latter-day fare like "Earth Song."
That said, casual fans of the Gloved One will still feast on plenty, ranging from dance classics like "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" and "Rock with You" from 1979's stellar OFF THE WALL to ...

Blindspott CD music
$8.29 After DESTINY'S opening thumping baseline, funky guitar chords, and Michael Jackson's hiccuping "heeee-heee-heeee," there's only one sensible thing to do--blame it on the boogie. Or blame it on the Jacksons' 1978 platinum-selling album for being so damn good. The tenor of the times was finally right for the band, and everyone ...

$38.95 Although it practically defined "grunge" in the early 1990s with albums by Nirvana, Mudhoney, and Soundgarden, Sub Pop Records hit a slump at the end of the decade. However, around 2003, the label was reinvigorated by the success of the Shins, the Postal Service, and Iron & Wine, newer artists that placed melody over pure volume. The San Francisco quartet Rogue Wave was one of the first bands signed to Sub Pop after this renaissance, and ...
| | Michael Brennan Cautious Man CD (2006)
Blindspott music CDs
$16.45 Michael Brennan:Portrait of a cautious man who sings the truthMichael Brennan is a big man. Looks a little ragged, like many people who teach for a living, have wives and families, and don’t drive late model cars fresh off GM’s production lines. But, as the saying goes, don’t judge a book by the cover.Michael Brennan is on stage, fronting his crack edgy country band, The Wayward Angels, with some of the best musicians in Toronto. He’s in charge and suddenly the attention is on a voice that rumbles and trembles, and on songs that are as true and direct as the man who is singing them.Michael Brennan is the voice of REAL country music in Toronto. “Country” with edge, true stories, full of honest characters who’ve loved and lost more often than they’ve won. There’s sentiment here, but not much sentimentality. He’s seen too much; this is the sort of guy who’s been there and done that — and survived.Michael Brennan’s story: Cape Breton, Nova Scotia born and raised, moved from the salt air to Toronto’s smog, settled down, and formed The Wayward Angels. Four years of hard graft in bars and clubs, and, finally, one well-received and well-reviewed CD. Writers described the self-titled Angels’ CD as “strong-armed country rock with a touch of rockabilly” and “powerful” (the latter from a Belgian music magazine).Six years later — with vitally important time in between to raise a family, dig into a teaching career (math is his specialty), and write more songs — Brennan is back. Cautious Man is a collection of 11 of those songs, recorded with his core band: Dave Tufford (Melody Ranch) on guitars, John Adames (Prarie Oyster) on drums and Dennis Pinhorn (Downchild) on bass. Icing on the cake came from studio stalwarts Michael “Pepe” Francis (Rita MacNeil, Stan Rogers), Ray Parker (Shania Twain, kd Lang), Roly Platt (Dutch Mason, Matt Minglewood), and Neil Donell (Caitlan Hanford, Doug Riley). And, perhaps most importantly, Cautious Man is a showpiece for the inspired skills of producer Chad Irschick, who worked with one eye on the heart of the songs — all Brennan originals — and the other on the elements grownup radio wants the listeners to hear and relate to. Not that a single record will necessarily change Brennan’s life. In some ways, he is a cautious man, and he’ll hang on to his day job. But now ...
