Masculin Feminin music CDs. Three small town Iowa boys have come a long way from strumming tennis rackets and banging on ice cream buckets. Sean Wilson, Pat Curtis, and Dan Ketelsen make up the Des Moines based punk rock band North of Grand. As a youngster, Curtis dreamed of rock-n-roll glory in Williamsburg while bashing wooden spoons on Schwan's Ice Cream containers. Ketelsen grew up in Redfield, where he frequently appeared on stage (his parent's front porch) dressed as Ace Frehley. Wilson smashed tennis rackets in Monroe, imitating the antics of Pete Townsend.
