5 stars He Was The Pioneers, Thank The Stars Above
3/12/06 Purchased this today. No regrets what-so-ever. Mr. Nolan was(not sure if he's still living or not) 71 yrs. old at the time of recording this project. His voice hadn't changed all that much either. Smooth as any whiskey you ever let slide down your throat. Snuffy Garrett produced this cd. You may have heard of 'ol Snuff from a couple of Clint Eastwood movie soundtracks. I highly recommend this if you ever watched Bob Nolan and The Sons Of The Pioneers along with(of course)Roy Rogers on Saturday afternoons at the old movie house. As Bob Nolan sings, "they ought to put the western back in country. I concur with that, absolutely!!!!!
