You have seen her as a member of Kirk Franklin and the Family (where she delivered heart wrenching, soul-stirring vocals on many of the favorites, including: "Lean On Me", "Now Behold The Lamb" and 911 with Pastor T.D. Jakes), in Tyler Perry's series of plays as "Cora" and "Myrtle", in the #1 Box Office hit movie, "Diary of A Mad Black Women" and as a principal in "Meet the Browns". And now... her much anticipated debut release..."Gotta Keep Movin' ". This project includes: "Alright", "Speak Lord", "Gotta Keep Movin' ", "Safety In His Arms", and "In Your Corner". | | Marvin Sapp Thirsty CD (2007)
Gotta Keep Movin' CD music
$11.29 On Marvin Sapp's chart-busting 2007 release, there's no questioning his sincerity. On tracks like "Place Of Worship," "Praise Him In Advance," and the title song; the popular preacher and gospel singer emotes when he sings, as if his heart is aflame with an unquenchable spiritual fire. The key to his success seems to be flexibility, with vocal chops that are equally adept at string-laden ballads (he's joined on some songs by a full orchestra) and funky R&B workouts.

| | Leicester Square: The Best Of Yeah Yeah Noh CD (2001) (Import)
Gotta Keep Movin' music CDs
$15.75 The 20 tracks here were taken from EPs, LPs, and BBC radio sessions, with a couple of unreleased songs added. There's a complete discography with song listings in the liner notes. But could it really have been that much trouble to indicate the date and source of each song on the actual track list, instead of necessitating cumbersome scanning of the whole discography to match each tune with its point of origination? Anyway, this is a sufficient overview of the Leicester band's nonchalant brand of British post-punk. There have been comparisons of this group to the Fall elsewhere, but really this lot were much more melodic and less abrasive. Any similarity would arise in a generally downbeat stream-of-consciousness outlook, though Yeah Yeah Noh's melancholy was far less bleaker than that of the ...
| | Tangorodrim Unholy And Unlimited CD (2004) Limited Edition
Gotta Keep Movin' songs
$12.15 Black metal purists Tangorodrim believe in the power of vinyl, on which a limited number of 666 copies of their Unholy and Unlimited album were pressed, with no plans for a CD version anytime soon. Hailing from Israel, of all places, they also believe in the power of absolute primitivism, taking the low road of heavy metal de-evolution in a bid for the sort of sonic infamy which bred underground ...
