Listeners who take that sentiment to heart may miss the irony of Cleopatra's sublime This Is Mullet Rock collection, but they'll no doubt find this heady mix of '80s hair metal and late-'70s future "state fair" rockers to be the perfect tonic for their relaxed hair/lifestyles. The 28 parking-lot classics here -- including Nazareth's "Hair of the Dog," "The Spirit of Radio" by Rush, and Night Ranger's "Sister Christian" -- can once again pour out of immaculately polished used cars at small-town intersections with renewed piss and vinegar. Get a haircut The first disc has some great songs.
