Paul Sabu was born and raised in Southern California. He didn't pick up the guitar until the age of 15. But by 17 Paul was sneaking in local clubs, bars, anyplace that would let him sit in or plug in. He began the journey to his recording career at 19 and has never stopped. SABU and ONLY CHILD were two of the late 80's and 90's musical vehicles for Paul, who was dubbed "L.A. session king and AOR hero". This group of artist developed strong friendships over a period of several years while playing in different cover bands. Jeff Buchanan, Brad Windham and David Gist packed the clubs regularly in west Texas during the nineties, fine tuning their showmanship and writing abilities. While Justin Sherwood and Marty Sanders tightened up their rhythm section in front of thousands of service men and women overseas.
