Average Rating: (5 out of 5 stars) 5 stars

5 stars A Serious Revival
This brings back some serious heavy, classic sounds! Graham Bonnet & Glenn Hughes do some great work on this record. The all-star list of players, Carmen Appice, Tony Franklin, Ian Paice, Steve Walsh, etc... bring hard rock justice to 2006. Matt Filippini sure knows how to bring a crew together. Listen to Rose in Hell, Fire & Water, & Moonstone. Great tunes from an era that seemed to have went aimless & adrift.

5 stars A hard rock classic
Matt Filippini and the Moonstone project have very effectively channeled the energy, sound and soul of the 1970's hard rock sound. With inspriation from bands like Deep Purple and Rainbow and with a host of musicians from these and other hard rock bands of the 1970's Moonstone project is a delight to my 48 year old ears. This is one of those rare cd's that not only lives up to its hype, it actually surpasses it! Amazing indeed! Buy this cd and let its magic cure you from bad rock music and pop icons like Britney Spears. Heal thy soul and lets get Radio One busy playing this one!!!
