The title of the CD is perfect because in a ever changing metal scene, Doro is still singing great songs. If you are a Doro fan, what are you waiting for? If you like metal music and would like to hear a female soar, This is the best time and CD!
I believe Doro still has her great vocal range. I love to hear this syren sing and mesmerize me. The band are great but overshadowed by Doro's vocals.
The Songs to listen to are "Thunderspell", "Warrior Soul", "Above The Ashes", and "Haunted Haert". Although I do miss some of the harder songs from her Warlock days, I still love to hear Doro sing one song in complete German "In Liebe Und Freundschaft". I don't know the words without deciphering them, but I love to hear her sing in her native tongue.

Ever since Warlock released their first album back in 1983, I have been hooked on Doro Pesch. Indeed she has a Warrior Soul, and this CD is just as good and fresh as Warlocks first CD all those years ago. Thunderspell will rock you out of your socks, You Are My Family a tribute to Doro's fans, this song is for us. Above The Ashes a beautiful ballad, Doro can sing anything you want. Well worth the $14.00 you will spend for this CD. What are You Waiting For? Check Her Out!!

This is an awesome return to DORO's 80s style of heavy metal, of course certainly with a modern sound. It's heavy, and passionate...is that even possible with heavy metal?...well it IS, with lovely Doro Pesch on vocals of course it is.

As a whole the music has a timeless quality and is fairly unconnected to any trend in rock; the songwriting team of Anderson Walworth and Jennie Knaggs supply enough raw talent and subtlety to keep the music compelling without resorting to superficial stylistic trappings.Originally a trio formed with drummer Charlie McCutcheon, I, Crime released its first EP “Get the Knife” in 2005.
