This is the debut album from an exciting new Canadian act which blends modern futurepop beats with the lush instrumentation and atmosphere of classic bands like Clan of Xymox. The emotional vocals blend perfectly with thick strings and echoing guitars, layered over slamming club beats and driving bass lines to produce a new breed of electronic pop music that will stand out as one of the most exiting debut releases of 2003. 128 1/2 Days Music | Category | Rock/Pop Albums, Electronica CDs | | Label | A Different Drum | | Orig Year | 2003 | | CD Universe Part number | 7171511 | | Catalog number | 12879 | | Discs | 1 | | Release Date | Nov 11, 2003 | | Studio/Live | Studio | | Mono/Stereo | Stereo | | Recording Time | 70 minutes |

128 1/2 Days CD music
$14.79 Beautiful, evocative, searching for remembrances of where we've been and how we've lost our way. The songs of The Glass Hour, interwoven in delicate acoustic harmonies, and in the same moment, filled with powerful electric undertones, brings us one step closer to a musical understanding of the inherent contradictions of love and life. Haunting, highly charged female vocals span more extreme ranges from high to low, mirroring ...

Sure, he screams about ripping your face offand tells God to bite him,but his periodic musical digressions showhe knows how to have fun, too. For all his heretical hyperbole, he realizes it's just a song...and his ability to weave together a garage sale's-worth of samples...into a seamless production is both admirable and entertaining...assuming he avoids being struck down by a bolt of divine lightning...About the Artist Eccentric glam/electro artist, SHIVERHEAD, has done years of hard time on the electronic music underground. He established a strong cult following in the early industrial scene with his tracks on dedicated cybercore labels like 21st CIRCUITRY, ZOTH OMMOG, INDUSTRIAL NATION (the first CD sampler representing ...
