Besides her usual mixing of flamenco music with R&B and jazz, Buika has included some traditional copla songs, including the title track. Guitarist Niño Josele provides accompaniment while flamenco veteran Javier Limón handles production. ~ David Jeffries

5 stars Beautiful!
I was slightly reluctant to buy this as I had heard that there is controversy within the flamenco community as to whether Buika sings authentic flamenco. However, the CD is really beautiful. Her soft husky voice really suits this genre and the accompanying music, in particular the flamenco guitar, is quite breathtaking. I am enchanted!
