Barnyard is a lighthearted tale centering around Otis (voiced by Kevin James), a carefree party cow, who enjoys singing, dancing and playing tricks on humans. Unlike his father Ben (voiced by Sam Elliott), the respected patriarch of the farm, and Miles, the wise old mule (voiced by Danny Glover), Otis is unconcerned about keeping the animals' humanlike talents a secret. But when suddenly put in the position of responsibility, the "udderly" irresponsible cow finds the courage to be a leader. This film will follow in the footsteps of other Nickelodeon animated smashes such as the Spongebob Squarepants movie (scanned over 350,000 units), the Wildthornberry's movie, and the Rugrats series (combined scanned over 2,000,000 units) -- all highly successful soundtracks. The album features all of the tracks done specifically for this belly-laugher, plus more! This summer, get down on the farm.

5 stars My Kids Haven't Stopped Moving
One of the best CD's I've purchased in a LONG time. ALL of the songs featured in the film are on this soundtrack, and the barnyard can can is a MUST for any toddler!!!!My Kids LOVE it and well, honestly, so do I!!!I purchased from Australia and delivery time was exceptional and price.....amazing! Highly recommended, trustworthy!

3 stars all to common occurence on good soundtracks...
they do this all the time for soundtracks---they left off the best song on the soundtrack--'do your thing' by Basement Jaxx----I would've bought if they woulda been honest and put every song on there. Happens all the time, every movie, they leave off the best songs...I wonder why???
