Anointed Pace Sisters Return Songs Return Music Review Average Rating: (5 out of 5 stars) Magnificent. The Anointed Pace Sisters are very anointed. They are well worth the wait. If you don't have their cd you are really missing out of a spiritual anointing. Their harmony is amazing one of the best in the world in my opinion. Just keep your heads up and on the right track. They are really the HIGHLY ANNOINTED Pace Sisters This CD is amazing!!! Not just the vocal acrabatics, or the sweet harmonies, but the annointing in this project is high. My favorites would have to be: "Reign Forever", "Its Already Done", "Rescue", "Contentment", "He's Here" heck I love ALL OF THE SONGS. This is one of the first cd's I have ever just played through without having to skip to a certain song. KEEP IT UP KEEP IT UP!!! Submitted by millertj14 (Leesburg, GA, USA) Was This Review Helpful? Return album
$13.09 On his first studio album since 1995's CONVERSATION PIECE, R&B legend Stevie Wonder revisits familiar ground from earlier eras in his career while keeping with contemporary pop sounds. Although certain tracks conjure up the vibe of early Wonder outings (the funky "Please Don't Hurt My Baby" and the sunny, upbeat "Positivity," which features additional vocals by his daughter Aisha Morris), other tunes (the smooth "From the Bottom of My Heart" and the romantic "Passionate Raindrops") recall his more polished '80s period.
A TIME 2 LOVE is bookended by two of its strongest songs--"If Your Love Cannot Be Moved," an urgent duet with gospel singer Kim Burrell, and the potent title track, which features neo-soul diva India Arie. A few of Wonder's most famous friends also make subtle instrumental contributions, including Paul McCartney and Prince, but none of the guest artists ...
| | Dorinda Clark-Cole Live From Houston: The Rose Of Gospel CD (2005)
Return CD music
$9.89 Recorded live in St. Agnes Baptist Church in Houston, ROSE OF GOSPEL captures Dorinda Clark-Cole doing what she does best: ministering for the Lord with her powerful set of pipes. Clark-Cole is backed by a full band here, and while there are modern stylistic flourishes (such as the Miami electro-dance vibe on "Great is the Lord" and the hip-hop-flavored funk of "Work to Do"), the singer is at her best on old-school gospel rave-ups like "So Many Times." The sheer force and range ...
| | Kenny Lattimore Uncovered/Covered CDs (2006)
Return music CDs
$15.95 Husband and wife duo Kenny Lattimore and Chante Moore turn in a double dose of contemporary R&B and gospel on this two-disc set. Lattimore and Moore sing about the joys, trials, and tribulations of married life on disc one, while disc two is devoted to praise and worship material. Still, each disc boasts smooth, infectious grooves and well-polished production, giving the set a decidedly sleek and modern feel. Lattimore and Moore turn in sterling vocal performances, with soulful deliveries that shine in both solo and duet mode, making UNCOVERED/COVERED ...
| | Men Of Standard Surrounded CD (2006)
Return songs
$8.49 On their 2006 debut for the Columbia label, Men of Standard, formerly a quartet, streamlined down to the trio of Isaac Carree, Bryan Pierce, and Lowell Pye. Clearly these changes suit the gospel group well, as SURROUNDED is an assured set of faith-based, R&B-influenced songs that expertly showcases the threesome's ...
| | Coko Grateful CD (2006)
Return album
$13.89 After her tenure with the R&B trio SWV, singer Coko released her solo debut HOT COKO in 1999, which continued in the sultry, groove-oriented R&B vein of her previous outfit. For 2006's GRATEFUL, however, Coko turned to the Lord; the result is a blast of high energy testifying and worship. Many of the previous stylistic elements--pop, funk, soul, and urban contemporary--are still intact, but the messages are concerned solely with praising the Almighty, as the songs "Mighty God," "The Reason," and "Holy" attest. Bright, shimmering production complements Coko's elastic, expressive voice on this celebratory release.
