Very Good - Better than US version
I will follow is one of my favorite U2 tunes. to me, it is worth the extra.
4 stars b/c some of my favorites did not make it in the CD. otherwise, very good.

POINTLESS
if you adore U2 like yer first-born kid, then get it. but then realise that you have the songs many times already. ok there's the green day one and another new one. are they gonna be better than anything U2 did in the 80s? you know the answer. bono and his backing band don't need yer money. i expect they'll get by if this coaster of a compilation stiffs obscenely quickly. meaningful rock with a big conscience? get fugazi. or make yer own music... support U2... blow them off stage... end their careers.

Buena coleccion de canciones para sus fans de u2. highly recomended. el dvd bonus live in milan es fantastico sobre todo cuando tocan i still haven't found what i'm looking for. esta cancion me estremece, sin palabras, es mi cancion favorita de u2. que mas puedo decir; es la mejor banda del mundo, tengo todos sus albunes. una cosa para todos que escuchan su musica: LA MUSICA DE U2 VIVIRA POR SIEMPRE EN NUESTROS CORAZONES Y EN NUESTRA MENTE.---GRACIAS POR EXISTIR U2.

Pointless
Before I begin Id like to say that U2 are my favorite band of all time. There isn't a day that goes by that I dont stick on one of their albums and have a listen. I also own many DVD's and T-Shirts along with other merchandise. And yes, I did get this album, but it is a huge disappointment for several reasons.
Theres one thing that bugs me about U2 fans. Yes you will get the proper fans with all the albums, but you will also get fans who would just own a couple of the newer albums, and this is who this album is aimed at. U2 already have 2 greatest hit albums, so why this? Because they know it will sell to those who love 'Bautiful Day' but have never heard 'The First Time'. And with it released just before Christmas, it'll sure make a great present.
The songs chosen are put together lazily. Pop and Zooropa are ignored completely and the likes of 'Bad' and 'All I Want is You' are left out.
This proved to be the last straw with me. Ive avoided the re-releases of Boy, War, and October and will not add to my U2 collection until the new album.
