Sucarnochee Revue Presents Mississippi Chris Sharp music CDs
$12.95 Daisy in her hair aside, Carrie Underwood looks flat-out glamorous on the cover of PLAY ON, which is a pretty fair indication of what awaits listeners on her third album. Carrie is still nominally a country artist and sometimes will sing supported ...

| | Keith Urban Greatest Hits CD (2007)
Sucarnochee Revue Presents Mississippi Chris Sharp album
$11.65 Urban has long been one of the few contemporary Nashville country stars whose taste for old-fashioned rock seems genuine, as proven by many of the earlier hits found here. Highlights include the sly "Who Wouldn't Wanna Be Me" and the wistful "Where the Blacktop Ends." GREATEST HITS was also released in a special limited-edition version that includes a bonus DVD of live tracks and music videos.
. 2007 compilation from the Australian Country superstar packed with proven hits. Features two newly recorded tracks, a remake of Steve Forbert's 1979 hit, 'Romeo's Tune' and a new full band recording of 'Got It Right This Time (The Celebration)'. ...

| | RBD Live In Hollywood CD (2006) With DVD; Enhanced CD
Sucarnochee Revue Presents Mississippi Chris Sharp music CDs
$15.65 Another album, another tour, another live release for RBD. Following the release of their second album, Nuestro Amor, the Mexican teen pop group hit the road, performing in the United States for the first time. They released Live in Hollywood shortly thereafter, and it's a fitting souvenir of their tour of the States, highlighting the bulk of the songs from Nuestro Amor. In fact, Live in Hollywood features no songs from Rebelde, the group's first album. If you want to hear those songs sung live, you'll have to look to the previous live release, Tour Generación RBD en Vivo. Once again, RBD don't sound nearly as good live on-stage as they do in the studio, but the performance is lively, the crowd is ecstatic, and ...
| | Motion Picture Demise Zip.Boom.Hah CD (2006)
Sucarnochee Revue Presents Mississippi Chris Sharp songs
$9.55 There have been odder band names, to be sure, but Motion Picture Demise do at least have something fairly unique for a moniker (one wonders if they prefer their deaths Peckinpah or Tarantino style). The quick Zip.Boom.Hah -- at seven songs, the bandmembers are happy embracers of the philosophy of not wearing out their welcome -- is one of those loud and raucous albums from newer bands that look back a bit to early-'90s fuzz and sprawl while applying it to tight, neo-new wave arrangements, a not bad balance of past and present. Bandleader/keyboardist Travis Tucker is an engaging showoff in the best way, with a swooping preen of a voice that's clearly the sign of someone having fun rather than bewailing his lot, which gives him points for credit right there as the emo fallout continues. That said, the more overt sex songs ...
| | Ed E Ruger Shots From Tha Ruger CD (2006)
Sucarnochee Revue Presents Mississippi Chris Sharp album
$15.19 Ed E. Ruger has been taking the Carolina hip hop scene by storm. As a Greensboro native this rapper represents his hometown the 336 like none other. Once a battle rapper, Ed E. Ruger (aka E-DOT), with his freestyles took over North Carolinas underground hip hop culture. His in your face style and crowd hyping ability landed him the 2002 Rhyme Warz champion, undefeated. After hanging up the towel, he pursued a co-hosting spot on ...
