Great! And he's sober!
This is one of Ozzy's best cds ever. Possible the best. This is also heavy. I love it, it also comes with a code to get free Ozzfest tickits. I love this album, my favorite tracks are I Don't Wanna Stop, Black Rain, Lay Your World On Me, and God Bless The Almighty Dollar.

Much Better Than I'd Anticipated!
After reading all the negative reviews (which I usually take with a grain of salt) I went out and purchased "Black Rain" and sure enough it was pretty dang good. Can't see giving it a one or two star review - it's definately better than that! Ozzy and Zakk are still a lethal combination and a good majority of the songs (ex. "Not Going Away", "Silver", "Civilize The Universe", and "Countdown's Begun") just plain smoke. This is anything but a boring cd!

Boring.
First of all, I was really hoping a return to form with this album but all we get is a polished version of Black Label Society left overs with Ozzy on vocals.
3 songs are decent but the rest is just flat out boring.
After i listened to this several times I listened to "the ultimate sin" and remembered what OZZY was all about...As much as I respect Zakk as a guitarist he is nothing compared to Randy or Jake. This is just a flat out boring album. Down To Earth was better than this.
