He is a classical guitar performer and composer having repeatedly and successfully engaged in nationally prominent musical events. Encouraged by friends and fellow music scholars he recorded his first musical selection, choosing a baroque flavor to congeal works of other composers and his compositions. He selected compositions of amateur classical composers like Elomar Figueira Mello, an ecletic aquitect,Vidal Farias, Chico Buarque, Vinicius de Moraes, Toquinho, P. Gallo, Americo Jacomino and Antonio Carlos Jobim. All of them are of national and international acclaim.

An extensive number of uniquely magisterial compositions and his crystalline sound while performing are his trademark.

The music of Carlos Oliveira, the little boy from the rural Bahia, Brazil, will endure forever.
