On her 2007 debut, COCO, Los Angeles, California-based singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat offers up a charming set of R&B-tinged acoustic pop. Aided by her father, veteran producer Ken Caillat (Fleetwood Mac), as well as multi-instrumentalist/producer Mikal Blue and vocalist/guitarist Jason Reeves, Caillat comes across as a female counterpart to fellow laid-back West Coast performer Jack Johnson, particularly on the light, easy-going number "Bubbly."

ok,, even though i am more into rock, hard pop, metal, etc,, i do like a good mellow emotional album, and this is it. it has so many songs,, relevant songs, songs i cant wait to share with someone special, or, a song i hope i have someone special enough to share it WITH,,,,,,,,,

 it's ok
it has good tune, despite the average lyrics. there were some LSS tracks, like One Fine Wire and Realize. the rest are ok

Nice one, Colbie!
I really, really like this album. Even though it's nothing special in terms of a new and different sound, it's a great break from the Soulja Boy and Rihannna figures hogging the top spots; I'd rather crinkle my nose than shut up and drive, you know what I mean? A lot of these songs sound the same, true, but they're still rather lovely and I was happy to listen to them multiple times each. Hope to hear more from you soon, Colbie!

I LOVE THIS CD! Everything about it is so great! It flows great and sounds amazing. Colbie has a sound that is great to hear in music these days! Definitely worth the buy!
