Formed in the early 2000s, Solido bring a fresh new approach to the norteno music scene. On their 2007 album CUIDADO, the band takes the traditional norteno/tejano template and updates it with contemporary pop and rock flavors, and even the occasional touch of country. The overall effect is that of someone taking an Anglo pop radio station and re-routing its signal through a Tex-Mex border station pumping out conjunto stompers and banda ballads. DIEZ marks the 10th anniversary of the band in an intriguing manner, presenting an album of all-new material alongside another disc of mostly older songs covered by others in a pop/rock vein. The disc by Intocable features the elevated fare fans have become accustomed to, including the sublimely beautiful sweet "Soledad (Siento Morir)" and catchy single "Aire." The bonus disc includes a breathy version of "Fuerte No Soy" by Pepe Aguilar, as well as harder-edged renditions, including Volovan's version of "Ya Ves." Overall, DIEZ is a fascinating set from one of the most unpredictable bands in the Tejano vein.
The Tejano group Intocable has lived up its name (which translates into English as "untouchable") through its ability to skillfully and seamlessly blend various musical styles into one hearty and unique concoction. The band, founded in Texas by Ricardo Munoz and Rene Martinez, incorporates subtle elements of pop from both sides of the border into its traditional Norteno mix. The group is as comfortable in a rousing dance tune as with a swooning romantic number, and its dynamic aesthetic has afforded Intocable an audience beyond the usual Tejano/Norteno fans.

Sean Miguel Thompson aka Sean T. was born in Palo Alto, CA at Stanford Hospital. Raised in the rough streets of East Palo Alto in the Gardens district. Brought up in a family of musicians, Sean T. started his career as a DJ back in 1989. Then he was introduced to the industry and began producing.In 1992, Sean T. Released his first project as a member of a group called M.O.G. on Murder One Records. Then followed up in 1993 with the solo release called, "Straight from the Streets" also on Murder One Records. These two albums gave him credibility in the bay area for production and rap skills. This album reignited the flame from the early 90's and created a real good buzz in the industry, not just independently but also on a major level.His next album was released in 2000 the name of it was "Heated" and that's exactly what the album was hot like fire. The album also contained the single from the movie "Held Up" starring Jaime Foxx and Nia Long.In 2001, he released his next album "Can I Shine?" followed by "Familiar Ground" in 2002 and "Terrain Boss" in 2003. His latest release "Ain't Playin" was recently released late in 2005 and is receiving excellent reviews for the versatility shown on this project. He's currently in the studio working on several new projects which include, "M.O.G.
