A Decent Animal is a swaggering atmospheric rock trio from Charleston, SC recently relocated to San Francisco, CA. ADA was formed by long time band mates J.K.Nicholson and R.G.Weld. After and enlightening recording experience at Charlotte, NC's Sioux-Sioux Studio the duo added G.P.Baerreis and immediately began writing new material. The songs began telling longer stories with sophisticated instrumentation. Soon they would solidify their collaborative writing style, developing a genuinely unique sound. ADA has never felt like it belonged to a specific genre allowing them the freedom to write songs that are fiercely personal.
