Highlights include "Laugh to Keep From Crying," a highly uncharacteristic rocker a la the Pretenders, with 12-string Rickenbacker guitar played by Madonna herself, two versions of the early album cut "Ain't No Big Deal," and bare-bones blueprint versions of future hits "Burning Up" and "Everybody."
