Korn Biography
Heavy metal was in danger of losing its hold on the mainstream by the early 1990s, but Artist helped jolt the genre back to life again. Combining rage-purging, rapped/shouted vocals and explosively heavy riffs, these rap-metal pioneers spawned a slew of imitators after becoming one of the late-'90s' biggest rock bands.
