One of the founding members of New Jersey's eight-man crew Outsidaz steps outside The Bricks for his debut solo album. Having previously been floated on promo as The Pacewon Effect, it's a surprise to see both "Oriental" and "Secret" cut from this release, with the resultant selection offering little more than a barrage of thug talk. The pumps, cheeba, and general miscreant blinged braggadocio become a little overbearing over 21 tracks, though there is enough production quirk from Jay-Z deskman SKI to keep iterant ears from wandering too far.
