Building on the strengths of Super Sound Racing, Flat Tracker is exponentially a much better record, and part of that is the inclusion of a second guitar, solidifying the lineup, and adding both greater depth and talent to the sound. The leads are more electrifying, and the riffs are heavier. Perhaps Zeke's finest album, it is also the band's most varied in tempo and song length -- some tracks clicking in well under a minute, some riding out for a few. From track one, Flat Tracker is a relentless ride of rock & roll abandon threaded through with punk rock speed and attitude.
