This early '90s outing from the Atlanta-based Ichiban label got good regional notices, but wasn't designed to go beyond that market. A nice contemporary blues/R&B date from Yvonne Jackson, whose brassy manner, sultry yet swaggering style, and booming sound is reminiscent of Denise LaSalle or early Millie Jackson.
