 Lindsey Buckingham Biography
Californian singer/songwriter/guitarist Lindsey Buckingham and his then-girlfriend Stevie Nicks, who previously worked as the duo Buckingham/Nicks, joined Fleetwood Mac in the mid-1970s and steered them to superstardom. Buckingham was always the left-field influence in the band, and his solo albums are full of eccentric pop songs and, of course, distinctive guitar wizardry. He released his first, most successful solo album, LAW AND ORDER, in 1981, recording only four more over the next 27 years, when he wasn't occupied with Fleetwood Mac.
