Led by Sting progeny Joe Sumner, Fiction Plane injects a punk-funk sense of melody into its music, making it difficult to compare to any other band on the scene. Brown (keyboards, background vocals); Abe Laboriel, Jr. Recording information: Henson Recording Studios, Hollywood, CA; Steerpike Studios in Wilshire, England. Personnel: Joe Sumner (vocals, guitar, drums); Seton Daunt (guitar); Dan K. Photographer: Perou. (drums). Recorded at Henson Studios, Hollywood, California and Steerpike Studios, Wilshire, England. From the lead track, "Listen to My Babe," it is immediately apparent that London's Fiction Plane is turning alternative rock on its head. Additional personnel: Abe Laboriel Jr. (drums). Audio Mixers: David Kahne; Joe Barresi. Fiction Plane: Joe Sumner (vocals, guitar, drums); Seton Daunt (guitar); Dan Brown (keyboards, bass, background vocals).
