Born in New Jersey, not far from Philadelphia, and traveling from one end of the country to the other for most of his adolescence, probably contributed as well, to Fred’s musical aspirations. Like many musicians who grew up in the 60’s and 70’s, Fred’s musical aspirations began with “Rock n’ Roll”. Over his career, Fred has written and performed all types of music, from blues and jazz, to rock, pop, and country!! While this CD possesses a classic rock feel with a slight metal edge, the evidence of blues is still apparent from time to time.
