 Iwreastledabearonce Biography
The ulitmate Facebook/Twitter generation take on hardcore, Iwrestledabearonce use extreme deathcore structures for a base, but are far too restless and culturally ADD-adled to stay in one genre camp for too long. The Shreveport, Lousiana-based ensemble hopscotch from brutal metal/hardcore riffing to synth-heavy dance pop to coffee house folk pop in the course of a single song. The most remarkable aspect of the band, however, is singer Krysta Cameron, who can intone demonically one minute and croon like a CW starlet the next. The end result is a strange, somewhat violent, and somewhat hilarious pop culture reconfiguraton of the art rock template.
