His videos have been viewed over a million times on YouTube, which, in our hypervirile economy, wouldn\'t impress necessarily after all, this is the same site that brought instant fame to a Britney Spears apologist who gives histrionic dispatches from beneath his blankie. Also: \"smart,\" \"soaring\" (as in melodies), and \"significant\" (as in talent). It\'s a coincidence of course, but Goh Nakamura\'s tunes orbit the same sphere as a triumvirate of \"E\" songwriters: Elliot Smith, Elvis Costello, and Evan Dando.

You hope it never ends. It's bemusing, sweet, and a little clumsy in moments, but pricelessly charming in spite of itself. His song “Daylight Savings” was chosen to be included on the soundtrack to the Robert Benton film “Feast of Love” starring Morgan Freeman and Greg Kinnear.Listening to Takeshi "Goh" Nakamura's debut album, Daylight Savings is not unlike falling in love for the first time. Accompanying himself with digital samplers and an acoustic guitar, his live solo shows are always unique and often unpredictable.Goh has contributed his guitar and vocal work to the Ridley Scott films “A Good Year” and most recently “American Gangster”. Goh Nakamura is a SF Bay Area based musician who likes to write ditties about parking tickets, impossible crushes and faraway dreamlands (amongst other things). This is the CD re-issue of Nakamura's debut album recorded in 2003. There is also a digital-only version of the album.
