| | A CD (1999)
$9.65 Mika Vainio and Ilpo Vaisanen reclaim the "A" stolen from their name by the Matsushita Corporation. While Finland's Pan Sonic never play dub's trickery as overtly as the Berlin crew (Pole, the Chain Reaction artists), the echo-deflected shape of "Maa" and "Voima" attest to the international influence of Jamaican remixology. These elements are combined with the duo's finely minced rhythms, creating some of the most remarkable and ingenious Pan Sonic constructions yet.
"Ahdin" and "A-Kemia" again allude to the ghosts of dub in their interweaving of skipping brushed-snare grooves and echo-laden footsteps. The base material for A is more abstract than ever, a hodgepodge of reverberating tones, electronic squiggles, low end pulses, and varicolored static.

| Vakio CD (1995) Reissue
$11.39 The stark, minimalist electronic noise of Pan Sonic was once overlooked by all but the most devoted obscurantists. Pan Sonic's "music," alternately self-billed as "the sound of all things electronic" and "horsemeat rockabilly," tamed raw sinewaves, fluctuating bass pulses, and

| Artist appears on Optimo Walkabout CD (2007) (Import) United Kingdom
$15.89 Presumably mixed in a featureless Siberian bunker by Optimo's J.G. Wilkes -- his partner, J.D. Twitch, might've been incapacitated at the time, sprawled across the bunker floor, his brainpan scoped by abrasive rhythmic sounds shooting off the walls -- Walkabout
