After the small success of that release he immediately started working on his next album. He won several awards in high school for achievement including the nationally recognized Louis Armstrong award. Then he went on to play with Private Stock. This was the same time when he independently released his first solo album "Robots not Included". He started tinkering with the piano then his ambitions turned him to the saxophone. This band played extensively in Seattle and surrounding regions. A tour to Germany was next with the BCC Big band. Chris has been involved with music from a very young age. He was interested in world rhythms and played in a reggae/ funk band known as Cedar Roots Vibration.
